Please note that the stickers on the product may peel off over time. For optimal performance, the blade and guard need to be consistently cleaned and maintained with oil. If the product begins to jam up and not adjust properly, please remove the guard and clean the blade of all hair and residue, as well as the guard. Respray the blade and guard with oil for the best use.
If your product arrives defective, such as pulling hair, not cutting hair, or not adjusting properly, you can remedy this by applying oil to the blade and guard as per the user manual instructions. This will help the cutting blade work smoother and improve the adjusting mechanism. Additionally, resharpening the blade may help. If these solutions do not resolve the issue, please contact the WezTeck team for a replacement or a refund at no cost.
